What does ATOL Protection mean?

Your booking is financially protected under the ATOL scheme, where applicable. This means your money is protected if the ATOL holder responsible for your booking fails.

If a failure happens while you’re abroad, ATOL can also help ensure you can continue your trip and return home safely, giving you extra reassurance when booking your holiday.

Once your holiday is booked, we will issue you an ATOL Certifcation for your records.

What does PTS Protection mean?

Your money is protected through the PTS Cloud system. Your booking has its own dedicated account, where your money is held securely until it is required to pay the hotel or other relevant supplier.

Your money does not come directly to us and remains separate within the protection system, helping to keep your funds 100% secure and safeguarded throughout the booking process.

What does SAFI Protection mean?

SAFI provides protection against the financial failure of a scheduled airline. If an insured airline fails, cover may help protect eligible costs associated with the affected flight, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

What does SFI Protection mean?

SFI provides protection against the financial failure of specified travel suppliers, such as hotels, car-hire providers and other eligible suppliers. If an insured supplier fails, eligible losses may be covered, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
